Colin was the founder of Mortgage Solutions Australia in January 2001.

His wealth of knowledge and experience of banking finance was gained by his more than 10 years employed with the National Australia Bank where is was one of the top home loan writers.

With this he was able to build a very successful team which, 5 years later, is one of the top mortgage origination companies in WA.

Colin has assisted clients with finance for First Home Buyers to clients building large property investment portfolios.

In today’s busy schedule, Colin is able to visit home or office to discuss your finance needs.

Jeff is a qualified and accredited Mortgage Broker who has been with Mortgage Solutions Australia for the last three years. Born and bred in Kalgoorlie, Jeff has chosen to remain in Kalgoorlie to provide a professional lending service to the people of the region. He enjoys the opportunity of meeting new people and helping them to realise their goal of owning their own home, or securing their financial future by investing in property.

Sandra has been in the customer service industry for 15 years and has been an accredited mobile lender since 2001. During this time she has been extremely successful, helping everyone from first home buyers to property investors. Sandra has achieved very high standards in the industry having been presented with numerous industry awards starting with the rising star award in 2002 through to being a 4 times winner of the quarterly award as top mobile lender within the company. These awards clearly reflect her high standard of customer service. Sandra is a member of the MFAA and is nearing completion of her certificate IV in finance. Sandra say’s she enjoys helping people achieve their dreams and often finds herself helping their family and friends.

Rex holds a Diploma for Mortgage Consultants from the AAMC. He is also a qualified accountant and has worked in Real Estate for a number of years. In his role as Client Liaison he assists Colin Lamb to provide the best possible service to their clients.

MFAA Accredited, David has worked as a Mortgage Consultant for over three years. Using his previous experience as a Sales Executive in combination with his knowledge of the Finance Sector, David is able to source the correct loan to meet your needs with a strong focus on customer service. David recently won the Ausnet Mobile Lender of the Quarter Award which is a reflection of his commitment to seeing the job through from start to finish.
